The Park City Area HBA will be hosting Builder Only events quarterly to bring you education, important information, and networking opportunities with other builders in our community.

Thursday, April 23rd will feature guest speakers, Tyler Farrell & Derek Anderson with Killowen Construction.

Join us for an engaging Q&A event focused on the challenges and issues facing builders in the Wasatch Back. This discussion will bring together industry professionals to explore key issues such as rising construction costs, labor shortages, regulatory hurdles, infrastructure demands, and evolving market conditions.

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, share insights, and hear from other experienced voices in the field. This session offers valuable perspective on how the region is growing—and what it will take to build sustainably and successfully in today’s environment.

Lunch will be provided by Rob Jibson with Zions Bank, so please arrive at 11:30am to grab your lunch and a seat!
